We are looking for adult consumers and parent from Klang Valley, who have been consuming probiotics or purchasing probiotics for their children in the last 6 (six) months with the following criteria:-

Requirements:

• Age between 20-65 years old
• Decision maker on the brand of probiotics to be purchased
• Taking probiotics due to recommendation from doctors
• Household income of at least RM2100/month

Note:

- This is not a sale & marketing position and you are not required to sell or promote any products or services.    

- Short-listed candidates will receive confirmation via phone call and sms.     

- Your personal data will not be used for any other reasons apart for the survey.

- This is a face-to-face interview for about 45 mins

Date/Time       : At your convenience (Take about 45 mins)

Venue               : At your convenience (Within KLANG VALLEY only)

Incentive          : RM150 (cash payment to each of you on the spot)
