Thanks to Groupon, we got a chance to have a sumptuous dinner at this newly opened
restaurant, Zen Heong Seafood Restaurant located at Bangi Lama. This is undeniably
a hidden gem that serves good Chinese dishes (non-halal) at a very reasonable price. You
can easily fill your stomach with good food at the budget of less than RM20 per
pax.
The external of the
restaurant looks new, clean and trendy; whereas the interior is very conducive
with air-conditioned environment. We arrived around 6pm and the dining area was almost fully occupied. But no worries, there are more seats
next door; however, it is open-air without air-cond.
There are many choices
available in the menu.
We decided to pick a few most recommended dishes and
some kids’ friendly dishes. After waited for about 15 minutes, all the dishes ordered were served. This is really fast!

In a nutshell, this restaurant offers fresh and delicious homecook styled food . The food are not over-salted and the taste is suitable for both elderly and the kids. I gave 9/10 for this restaurant. I will definitely come back again for its' food due to the following reasons..
1. The food is fresh, tasty and moderately seasoned.
2. Short serving time. All the dishes were served within 15 mins time.
3. The price is reasonable and no worries of not throat cutting price. The small portion served is enough for 5 pax.
